These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Flowcomps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services
FlowComps provides automation and AI-related services, including but not limited to:
Workflow automation development
AI-powered messaging systems
Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, APIs, CRMs)
System setup, customization, and optimization
Services are provided as agreed upon in written communication (proposal, invoice, or contract).
2. Scope of Work
The scope of each project will be defined before work begins.
Any work outside the agreed scope may:
Require additional fees
Extend timelines
FlowComps is not responsible for delivering features or functionality not explicitly agreed upon.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Grant necessary access to platforms, APIs, and accounts
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta)
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Delays caused by the Client may impact timelines.
4. Third-Party Services
Our systems may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp APIs)
Cloud hosting providers
Automation tools
AI providers
FlowComps is not responsible for:
Downtime or outages
Policy changes
API limitations
Pricing changes from third-party providers
The Client is responsible for maintaining active accounts with these services.
5. AI & Automation Disclaimer
Automation and AI systems are designed to improve efficiency but are not guaranteed to be error-free.
The Client acknowledges that:
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
Automated systems may require monitoring and adjustments
Final responsibility for business decisions and communications remains with the Client
FlowComps is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be defined per project.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Work may begin only after initial payment is received
Payments are non-refundable once work has started
Late payments may result in suspension of services
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
The Client owns the final delivered system upon full payment
FlowComps retains the right to reuse general knowledge, frameworks, and non-client-specific components
We reserve the right to showcase work (e.g., case studies) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.
FlowComps will not:
Share sensitive client data
Use client data outside the scope of the project
The Client agrees not to disclose proprietary methods or system designs.
9. Data Protection
FlowComps handles data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Client is responsible for:
Ensuring lawful collection and use of user data
Obtaining necessary user consent
Complying with applicable data protection laws
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
FlowComps shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities
Errors caused by third-party services
Misuse of systems by the Client
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business outcomes.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
Upon termination:
Outstanding payments remain due
Access to systems or services may be revoked
Ongoing work may be paused or canceled
12. Modifications
FlowComps may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Client’s or service provider’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
